A suicide bomber triggered his explosive vest in a crowded cafe in the Turkmen town of TUZ KHURMATU on Sunday, killing at least six people and wounding 22.
Said Mohammed, the mayor of Tuz Khurmatu said: "The toll could rise because we are still sifting through the rubble”.
A suicide bomb attack in a cafe in Tuz Khurmatu last July killed 28 people.
