WORLD REMAINS SILENT WHILE INNOCENTS CONTINUE TO BE KILLED BY U.S. AIRSTRIKES IN IRAQ

AFP says of Iraqis, "1,745 civilians, 159 policemen and 104 soldiers" were killed in April.
